Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant position is based in Burbank and will primarily provide support with on-boarding new candidates, filing, and paperwork for current and new Per Diem employees. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively.

Essential Duties and responsibilities:
  • Willingness to learn new duties quickly
  • Respond to general inquiries in a timely manner concerning related activities
  • Accurately handle employee on-boarding per client requirements
  • Compose, type, copy, file, and fax correspondence
  • Answer phones
  • Other general office duties/projects as designated and needed
Experience, Education & Skills Qualifications
  • One Year Minimum Previous Office/Clerical Experience Required-Intern Experience Will be Considered
  • Work experience must demonstrate organization, time management, and customer service skills. 
  • Must be accurate, detail-oriented, and well organized
  • Must have a friendly cheerful presence over the phone.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, both written and verbal are required.
